PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses

We ship to PO boxes via USPS. For APO/FPO addresses, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

Tracking information is sent to your email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to activate.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not moved for 7 business days past the estimated delivery window, contact us at [Your Email]. We will file a claim with the carrier. We cannot replace packages marked “delivered” by the carrier — check with your neighbors and local post office first.

Incorrect shipping address

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If you notice an error, email us within two hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
