Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (original shipping fees are non‑refundable).
Eligibility for return
Items must be:
– Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors
– With all original tags attached
– In original packaging when applicable
Non‑returnable items (final sale)
– Earrings, lingerie, swimwear, and face masks (for hygiene)
– Gift cards
– Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
How to return
1. Email [Your Email] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund unless the return is due to our error).
2. Pack the item(s) securely and affix the label.
3. Drop off at the carrier within 7 days.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost and reimburse reasonable return shipping.
